Warranty Terms & Conditions

Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions

At Appliance Care & Repair, we stand behind the quality of our repairs and the parts we use. We proudly offer a lifetime warranty on parts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term reliability. However, some exclusions apply as outlined below.

What's Covered:

  • Any manufacturer defects in the parts we install during a repair.
  • Failures due to normal use under proper operating conditions.
  • Replacement of defective parts with an equivalent or superior component.

Exclusions & Limitations:

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Labor Costs-The warranty applies to parts only; labor charges for replacements are not included unless otherwise stated.
  2. Parts Not Covered-Hinges, Shelves, Glass Cooktops, Glass, LCD Screens, Light Bulbs, Gaskets, Drawers, Rebuilt Control Boards and if the parts is no longer available from the manufacturer.
  3. Used Parts-In some cases a customer might choose for us to repair using a used part because the part cannot be purchased from the manufacturer. These parts come “As Is” and come with no warranty.
  4. Pre-Existing Conditions-Issues unrelated to the repaired or replaced part
  5. Misuse or Neglect-Damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or external factors (e.g., power surges, water damage, fire, or natural disasters).
  6. Third-Party Repairs or Modifications-Any repairs, tampering, or modifications performed by another company or individual void the warranty.
  7. Normal Wear & Tear-Components subject to normal degradation over time, such as filters, seals, and gaskets, unless they fail prematurely due to manufacturer defects.
  8. Commercial or Industrial Use-If the appliance is used in a business setting, additional limitations may apply.
  9. Non-Transferable-The warranty applies only to the original customer and is not transferable if the property or appliance changes ownership.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

If you believe a part has failed under warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at 480-466-9606.
  2. Provide proof of the original repair (invoice or service record).
  3. Schedule an inspection with one of our technicians to assess the issue.
