Jason was always prompt for each service appointment. During the diagnotic service, he had to lift the washer up out of the recessed floor area. He thought he needed to have a second tech to help, but gave tremendous effort alone and successfully pulled the washer out. Since the leaking part had to be backordered, Jason finished the repai on the second service. We will always use Appliance Care & Repair and ask for Jason.
